Role Overview:

As the School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and day-to-day operations of our creche. Working closely with the management team, teachers, and parents, you will be responsible for creating an efficient administrative structure that supports the creche’s growth and ensures a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Leadership: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the creche’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process, from conducting tours for prospective parents to managing enrollment applications and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Financial Management: Maintain financial records, process invoices, and handle fee collection, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, teachers, and external partners, fostering open lines of communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

HR Coordination: Assist in recruitment efforts, manage staff schedules, and support employee onboarding and training processes.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as health and safety protocols, to create a secure and nurturing environment for children.

Record Keeping: Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings to facilitate community engagement and foster positive relationships.

Supplies and Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of educational materials, supplies, and equipment, and manage procurement as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Education ( Bachelors or PDGE). 

Proven experience in school administration, childcare centers, or similar educational settings.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
